For extended Nordic Walking trips, the Instructor Lite pole makes a superb choice. With an adjustable two-piece design, the durable aluminium upper section and superlight yet stiff carbon lower section delivers an optimal balance of strength and low weight. Comfortable to handle even in hot conditions, the mesh glove is highly breathable, and the Trigger Shark 2.0 cork grip prevents uncomfortable sweat building on the surface. Complete with Lekis Speed Lock 2 Plus system, the length can be amended freely between 100cm and 125cm; quick to adjust, once locked the pole is stable and secure.
