The BC 111 is exactly what you would expect from a ski this width from Candide Thovex. A straight sidecut through the middle, lots of rocker, a low camber and a light wood core wrapped up in fibreglass and carbon. The result is a lightweight, go anywhere, freestyle ski, bursting to ollie and catch air, slash powder, straight-line bumps and weave through trees. Terrain Suitability 111 in the waist is pretty big but think about how Candide skis and the waist doesnt really correlate to where it is designed to be skied, as with many other skis. It has the rocker and width to handle soft and deep snow, but if you have a mindset similar to the way Candide sees the mountain then youll realise you can take this ski anywhere.
