Originally designed for cyclists, the Oakley Sutro has gained popularity amongst trail runners, skiers and those just wanting a casual pair of sunglasses. The O-matter frame is lightweight and durable, and the Unobtanium nose pads keep them securely in place even during intense activity. Oakley has used a full-width lens for increased field of view, and their Prizm lens technology enhances contrast. Lens: Being CAT 4, the highest protection level, this lens lets the least amount of sunlight through. It is suitable for extremely bright and sunny conditions, mainly used in the mountains for high altitude climbing or skiing/snowboarding. The base lens tint is grey. *Please note CAT 4 lenses are not suitable for driving. Prizm technology blocks specific wavelengths of light while boosting others to provide maximum contrast and enhanced visibility.
