The Black Diamond Expedtion3 is a proven 4 season pole for skiing, split-boarding and even hiking. The 3-part shaft uses 7075 T6 aluminium for strength and easy-to-use dual FlickLocks for full adjustability, meaning it is 145cm at its longest (100cm shortest skiable length) and packs down to just 62cm so that it doesn't get in the way when not needed. The updated, extended foam handles ensure comfort thanks to the soft touch, dual density construction, even when dealing with awkward traverses. The tab on the top of the handle helps with releasing buckles and bindings; the 100mm basket is wide enough for deep snow without becoming obtrusive.
