The new Salomon STH2 16 MNC builds on the build quality of previous models using a steel, aluminium and glass fibre PA construction to make them tough yet light. However, this new version uses some clever technology that allows you to dial in the performance to suit your riding style or terrain. A switch on the heel changes the heel elasticity; reduce it to make the binding interface feel more precise and quicker to respond which is great on-piste, or increase it to make them better suited to absorb bigger knocks and impacts when you're riding in the park or playing in the powder. A patented 3D Driver toe with multi-directional release adds extra safety and is also Multi Norm Compatible too meaning you don't have to worry if your boot is alpine, GripWalk or tour certified.
