The Ascendor AS Men's Trousers from Rab are a great choice all-round mountain pant that provides durability and protection from wind and weather on the go. These trousers feature a slim fit design with a wide range of movement. Constructed from hard wearing mid-weight Matrix softshell these are a heavier version of the Ascendor Light making them suitable for year round use - they offer warmth and breathability when you need it most. These trousers also have articulated knees and a long length crotch gusset providing mobility for high steps or bridging. The high waistband is part-elasticated and fits comfortably with a harness with the option to secure the pants with either a belt or braces. Great for all mountain use including climbing with two mesh-lined hand pockets and one zipped thigh pocket for storing essentials with reinforced kicker patches to protect the lower leg. The zipped ankle gusset allows the hem to widen to accommodate various footwear from trail shoes to winter climbing boots.
