Black Diamond's exciting Hydra Ice Tool is the culmination of decades of innovation. The geometry of its hydroformed, ultra-stiff shaft comes into its own on the steepest ice, mixed or dry-tooling lines. The modular grip accommodates all hand sizes, with pre-shaped contours providing exceptional stability. Supplied with Black Diamond's Ice pick, its unique geometry suits pure ice climbing. Two head-weight sets - one light, one heavy - allow you to customise balance for precise pick placement. The base spike is compatible with a 4mm cord for leash attachment. Black Diamond's Integrated Component Exchange (I.C.E) system brings exceptional modularity. You can swap to their Alpine, Mixed and Dry picks to tailor the axe to your specific route needs.
