The DMM Mantis is a lightweight, versatile belay device suitable for climbing at the wall or crag. Compatible with single, half, and twin ropes, it has grooves on one side, creating regular and high friction belay modes. Use the toothed side when you need extra grip and the smooth side for abseiling on static ropes. Hot forging and CNC technology shape the device's internal structure to improve control with a range of rope thicknesses.
